I benchmarked my Huawei U8800 android phone. I used Quadrant Standard application.

Looks really good. Quadrant Standard gives this information of the phone:

ARMv7

Max freq 806,4 MHz

Min freq 122,88 MHz

GPU Qualcomm, Renderer Adreno 205

Testasin minkälaisia tuloksia U8800 antaa Quadrant Standard testissä.

Kännykkä näyttäisi saavan melko hyvät tulokset. Quadrant Standard antaa puhelimesta seuraavanlaiset tiedot:

Android smartphone can be used as a modem to access to internet in ubuntu. You can share your internet connection from your phone to computer with usb cable or bluetooth connection.

First connect your phone to your computer. On your phone's wireless settings enable network sharing. Ubuntu can connect to network with your phone automatically.

Tested with Huawei U8800 android smartphone and ubuntu 10.04

Google on julkaissut uuden version Google Talk -ohjelmasta. Uusin versio tukee nyt myös video puheluita android kännyköillä. Videopuheluita voi soittaa 3G ja 4G verkoissa sekä WLAN:n kautta. Video chat ominaisuus tulee android versiolle 2.3.4.
